We are proud to offer classes that are accessible to all fitness levels and age groups. Everyone is welcome!
We enthusiastically encourage you to challenge yourself while listening to your body and working at your own pace. 


Our Spin Classes

Classic Cadence 45

and

Classic Cadence Plus 55

This is a power-focused 45-minute ride filled with climbing, high intensity intervals, and speed work. While every Cadence class offers a dynamic, athletic, beat-based ride, each instructor puts their own spin on the experience to keep it fresh!

Classic Cadence Plus 55 includes an optional 10 minutes of arm work after the ride. We’ll hop off the bike and pick up the weights to tone and sculpt the upper body. You are welcome to leave after the initial 45 minutes if 55 minutes does not work for your schedule or if you do not want to do an upper body workout – you’ll still get the full ride and cool down.

Classic Cadence 60

This 60 minute ride integrates the fun and intensity of Classic Cadence 45, but with more focus on endurance – expect longer climbing and speed interval sets. This class is a great way to push yourself to the next level, especially if you’re cross training or just looking for a new way to challenge your endurance.

Rhythm Ride 45

and

Rhythm Ride Plus 55

This is a 45-minute tempo-based ride; it’s all about moving to the flow of the music! As always, you can expect a powerful and athletic ride, but this time with a sprinkle of upper body movement on top of dynamic pacing and tempo riding. Think less power pushes and intervals, and more movement on, off, and around the saddle.

Power Ride 60

This ride offers something a little different from Classic Cadence, featuring longer warm-ups and cool-downs to set you up for 40 minutes of heart-pumping aerobic intervals. Our amazing Stages bikes and experienced coaches help you to train efficiently by using Power and RPM to guide the ride. Your job is to focus on working hard, hitting your numbers, and having fun, and we’ll take care of the rest. This class is a great way to cross-train and to prepare for intensive outdoor riding. Our Movement Classes

Foundations

This thoughtful barre-style class focuses on developing core strength, improving posture and alignment, and increasing muscle engagement. Deepen your mind-body connection through low-impact isometric movements, abdominal exercises, active stretching, myofascial release, and breath work. You’ll learn to support vital everyday functional movements and enhance mobility in all your activities.

Foundations welcomes all fitness levels, and is especially encouraged for guests new to our movement classes.


Strengthen & Lengthen

and

S&L Express

This energetic and well-paced barre-style class intertwines strengthening, toning, lengthening, and low-impact isometric movements using weights, resistance bands, and a barre. You will work every muscle during this high energy, full-body conditioning class!

S&L Express is a condensed 30-minute version of the class that is an ideal follow-up to our Classic Cadence spin classes, or a great option for fitting a quick workout into your busy day.

Strengthen & Lengthen welcomes all fitness levels, from beginners to performance athletes.


AAA

and

AAA Express

Our Ass-Abs-Arms class will challenge every muscle in your body to work dynamically! Maximize every second of your time by transitioning with strength and stability from one exercise to the next in this circuit-training class. Get ready for an efficient workout that improves muscular strength and endurance. Feel the awesome burn!  

 AAA Express is a condensed 30-minute version of the class that is an ideal follow-up to our Classic Cadence spin classes, or a great option for fitting a quick workout into your busy day.

AAA welcomes all fitness levels, from beginners to performance athletes.


R&R

Our Release & Restore class offers a variety of specialized myofascial release practices to increase functional mobility and flexibility, release tension, and improve postural alignment. You will experience a unique combination of foam rolling along with ELDOA alignment/spinal decompression postures and Lifestretch flowing mobility stretches. You’ll leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

 A regular R&R practise may include these benefits:

ELDOA

This class teaches specialized ELDOA postures and myofascial stretches, which are specific techniques created by world-renowned osteopath Guy Voyer DO. ELDOAs are postures that progressively create tension along complex fascial chains in the body. Regular practice will actively make space in the joints while strengthening and normalizing the function of the connective tissue along the spine and throughout the body.

 A regular ELDOA practise may include these benefits:
