Our Community Safety Protocols
The safety of our team and community has always been our top priority. As we plan our reopening we have made changes to how we operate. All of the changes we have made are designed to keep our team and entire community safe.
Here is what you can expect moving forward:
Changes to our space.
We normally operate with 30 bikes; we are presently operating 25.
Our new layout will allow us to operate our movement classes within the same space.
Our team and signage will guide you through the studio safely.
There will be a minimum of 30 minutes between each class. Please do your best to leave the studio within 10 minutes of your class ending to provide our team time to clean all spaces.
Our non toxic cleaner includes high concentrations of rubbing alcohol, peroxide, and all purpose cleaning concentrate.
Please sanitize your hands upon entry to the studio, anytime you touch personal items, and after class.
Our change rooms and showers are available!
But we encourage you to fill your bottles at home before coming to class. Bottle refills will not be provided during class.
Updates to your guest experience.
All rental shoes will be thoroughly sanitized and placed into rotation to allow plenty of time in between usage.
We are happy to provide you with a towel upon request, cool towel service will be available before or after class.
We recommend our guests clean their mat and equipment before and after use.
This policy has not changed - we are always happy to make an exception if you are unwell. Please contact us at info@cadencevancouver.com if you are unable to make it to class.
