You’ll get just about everything from me! Jokes included. You will climb most of the time that you’re in my class but you should know that speed work and riding to the beat really gets me going.

A little bit of this, a little bit of that. Top 40, Throwbacks, Alternative, and some random groovy tunes in between.

My style of teaching:

I love when people connect to their bodies and feel themselves getting stronger and longer! My goal is for everyone to listen to their bodies and to feel good while moving. You can expect lots of alignment and engagement cues, along with modifications, so that movements fit what your body needs! You can also expect to work (or stretch) all the different areas of your body!

The type of tunes I like to play:

I love making new playlists, and finding music that fits the flow of the class! You can expect a mixture of alternative and pop remixes with a good beat in my barre inspired movement classes, and calmer folk and indie tunes during stretch and flow!

I love to lead a balanced, beat-driven ride with intention. Whether it’s endurance, heavy climbing, or speed-work I hope to create a class that let’s you have fun while pushing limits you didn’t even know you had set for yourself.

I like to play a bit of everything, from classic pop and hip hop throwbacks to kpop and top 40!

Whether your focus is reaching fitness goals or releasing daily stress, my aim is to push you out of your comfort zone to get stronger each class. Expect an endurance and power focused ride on the bike and a sweaty strength cardio blast on the mat.

My favourite is HipHop/R&B! Expect a mix of this, along with Top 40, EDM and the occasional Heavy Rock to spark that adrenaline rush!
