We are proud to offer classes that are accessible to all fitness levels and age groups. Everyone is welcome!
We enthusiastically encourage you to challenge yourself while listening to your body and working at your own pace. 


Our Cycle Classes

Classic Cadence

During this 45 minute ride, you will experience hill climbs, high intensity intervals, and speed work! Each instructor's class is unique in their own way, while consistently providing a beat-based, athletic, and dynamic ride.

Combo

During our Combo Class, you will experience 40 minutes of Cycle, filled with hill climbs, high intensity intervals, and speed work! Following that, you will head to a mat beside your bike to partake in 20 minutes of Movement which includes a combo of barre style and muscular endurance working to tone and strengthen your abdominals, and arms!

45 & 60


Power Cycle

In this 45 minute Endurance Ride, you will work towards increasing your muscular endurance and strength! Each class begins with an extended warm up and is broken into segments where you will work at a consistent working effort with longer intervals.

In our 60 minute option for Endurance you will find the same structured class from Cadence Endurance 45, but leaving room for more intervals and an extended cool down

An hour of power looks a bit different than our Classic Cadence and Endurance Rides. It still features a longer warm up and cool down to make the most out of the 40 minutes of heart-pumping aerobic intervals. With the main focus being on Power and RPM, this is a great way to cross-train for outdoor riding.

Strength & Mobility

Strength Circuit

Yin & Stretch



Unwind

A progressive class focusing on increasing your strength using kettle bells, dumbbells, resistance bands, and your body weight. Developing mobility and stability to protect your joints, while safely strengthening your muscles. Structured in supersets, you can expect to do three or more exercises with short transitions in-between each movement. 

This well designed and progressive class focuses on increasing strength and mobility through functional movement patterns. You will slow down the mechanics of movement in your warm up to then actively apply your new found range of motion through strength training. The use of dumbbells and kettlebells may be included within your strength workout as well as utilizing your own body weight!

Similar to our Strength class, you will experience a progressive class focusing on increasing your strength using kettle bells, dumbbells, resistance bands, and your body weight, but with a bit more intensity! You will be moving through a series of exercise stations guided by your instructor, from planks, to goblet squats, to TRX!

Our yin yoga class is the perfect practice to physically and mentally slow down to cultivate mindful movement to stretch the connective tissues in your body. Holding a series of poses for 3-5 minutes to get into the deep plastic tissues of the body, to release built up tension. This class is a great compliment to your everyday life and fitness practice to reduce stress and prevent injury!

Unwind, stretch, and release . This class will include a variety of stretch, release and mobilization techniques. Each class will be unique and will also include some light meditation and breath work.
