We enthusiastically encourage everyone to challenge themselves while listening to their body and working at their own pace.

Classic Cadence
45 & Plus 55

Join us for a fun and challenging 45 minute ride filled with high intensity intervals, climbing and speed work! Our awesome team of instructors will motivate and empower you to be at your best on the bike!  Each instructor creates new playlists and ride profiles for every class to keep it fresh. We love combining elements of riding to the beat of the music with powerful high intensity intervals. Come and experience Cadence's style of dynamic, athletic straight up spinning that will leave you sweating and coming back for more!

Our Classic Cadence Plus 55 includes an optional 10 minutes of arm work with weights will be offered following the 45 minute ride to tone and sculpt the upper body. You are welcome to leave after the initial 45 minutes if 55 minutes does not work for your schedule or you do not want to do upper body.

Classic Cadence 60

Join us for a fun and challenging 60 minute ride. Integrating the fun and high intensity of our 45 minute Classic Cadence ride, but with more focus on endurance - longer climbing and speed interval sets. Each instructor creates new playlists and ride profiles for every class to keep it fresh. We love combining elements of riding to the beat of the music with powerful high intensity intervals. Come and experience Cadence's style of dynamic, athletic straight up spinning that will leave you sweating and coming back for more!

Rhythm Ride
45 & Plus 55

Join us for a fun and challenging 45 minutes of riding to sweet beats! Our awesome team of instructors will motivate and empower you to move your body to the flow of the music. A sprinkle of fun upper body movement on top of dynamic pacing and tempo riding will leave you sweating and coming back for more!

Power, Strength & Endurance 60

Our Cadence Power Ride offers something a little different from our Classic Cadence, featuring longer warm-ups and cool-downs, 40 minutes of heart-pumping aerobic intervals and, of course, awesome music.  Our amazing Stages bikes and great coaching help you train efficiently using Power and RPM.  You focus on hitting your your numbers, working hard and having fun and we take care of the rest.  Come with your personalized Power Zone cheat sheet by trying one of our Cadence Fitness Challenge classes.  Train efficiently and prepare for awesome outdoor riding.Be strong.
