I love climbing and high intensity intervals. I'm obsessed with music and love to ride to the beat.

My style of teaching:

We ride to that BEAT! You can expect to climb, sprint, and everything in between. Most importantly get ready for killer music and a super fun fast class.

I like a mixed bag! Think: top 40 with the best beats, some rap, a dash of classic rock when I'm feeling it and some inspiring climb songs. A lil something for everyone.

My style of teaching:

I love intervals! I like to incorporate lots of different types of drills into the routine to keep things interesting.

The type of tunes I like to play: 

I play mostly pop music and am always looking for the newest music to include in my playlists. I also love a good remix of an older song and like songs that people know the words to as they can sing along!

For inspiration:

This is simple, but I say it a lot while teaching "YOU CAN" I believe that a positive mind set and believing that you CAN do it will get you through even the most difficult workout. Say it to yourself "I CAN!"

My style of teaching:

My classes are described simply as a HIIT experience! That is, high intensity intervals to really push effort then followed by recoveries. We accomplish this by using "pushes" of pace, short sprints, faster tempo in and out of the saddle, and bursts of higher tension. All of this accomplishes very effective training in a relatively short period of time all to fabulous energizing music!

The type of tunes I like to play:

I love to dance! I choose the best beats from dance, EDM, remixes, and hip hop, all having a clear bass beat to "spin to the beat"!!

I love combing endurance with high intensity intervals- on or off the climb! I love to squeeze the most out of every minute of class.

I try to keep things interesting in class- top 40 and remixes of old school tunes (80s,90s) are my favorites... a little EDM keeps me going too!

You can except a very positive experience, lots of smiles, a few laughs but still super challenging! I love some good interval training but also like grinding away to the music with heavy resistance!

The type of tunes I like to play:

I love mixing it up but you can except some top 40, a little EDM and my personal favorite is some good Latin beats, sometimes even a little country!

Describe your style of teaching:

I like to give riders the experience of an epic continuous journey. I love hills, and will sprinkle in interval work and rhythm tempo sections. Riders will be coached to focus on the simplicity of the work, and will be encouraged to fully commit to the experience. People often note that my classes fly by.

The type of tunes I like to play:

A wide assortment of epic songs, with driving rhythms. Everything from electronic, to rock, to hip hop and even some classics. If it feels emotionally engaging, and will drive people to focus, I'll use it!

Describe your style of teaching:

I love music, it's really what drives my classes. I try and keep a balanced class by doing a variety of drills but I love tension driven intervals and endurance work!

The type of tunes I like to play:

I love almost all music and enjoy playing what is current. I play mostly Top40, but I'll throw in a throwback every now and again. Basically, if I can picture myself dancing to it, I'll find a way to spin to it!

Describe your style of teaching:

I love to balance out my classes with a combination of climbing and speed work. If I'm teaching back-to-back classes, then I'll try to put more emphasis on climbing for one class and then speed and endurance for the other class. So if you'd like to join me doing back-to-back classes, you'll sure to get variety in your workouts!

The type of tunes I like to play:

It's all about the music! I love incorporating a mix of new top 40 tunes, with classic rock that's been remixed into something energetic and fresh. I have a few fave DJ's I follow and I love using some of their remixes and mash-ups in my playlists.

Describe your style of teaching:

I love to intersperse big hills with quick speed drills and to move in and out of the saddle a bunch. You’ll be asked to transition quickly from a heavy climb to a sprint and back again – it’s all about keeping you on your toes! That way, we can bring all the focus into the present moment and get as sweaty as possible.

The type of tunes I like to play:

My playlists tend to be a mix of Top 40 remixes with classic rock. I want a heavy beat, and I want something either new-with-a-twist or familiar-but-forgotten. Whatever it is, the music is there to push you up that hill and give you a boost of energy!
