New Year New Classes

Hey, Cadence Community! 

As 2022 comes to an end, we wanted to take a moment to Thank You for your unconditional love and support over the last year. Without you, there is no Cadence Community, and we can’t wait to head into the New Year with you! 

Incase you missed it, we have some exciting changes happening in and around the studio: 

New Classes:

In January, we will be adding three new classes to our schedule! 

Cadence Combo 60

During this Combo Class, you will experience 40 minutes of Cycle, filled with hill climbs, high intensity intervals, and speed work! Following that, you will head to a mat beside your bike to partake in 20 minutes of Movement which includes a combo of barre style and muscular endurance working to tone and strengthen your abdominals and arms!

Yin & Stretch 

This 60 minute Yoga class is the perfect practice to physically and mentally slow down to cultivate mindful movement to stretch the connective tissues in your body. Holding a series of poses for 3-5 minutes to get into the deep plastic tissues of the body, to release built up tension. This class is a great compliment to your everyday life and fitness practice to reduce stress and prevent injury!

Hatha

This 60 minute Yoga class will help you slow down as you focus on your breath and connecting to your mind. Soulful movement that will guide you to building strength flexibility in your body. A great class to compliment your every day life and help reconnect with your mind and body!

Additionally, we have made some schedule changes. Including adjusted start times and new time slots! Check out our schedule in Momence so you know before you go.
