Fall Fitness 20/30 Challenge Recap!

During the month of October, our Community completed the Fall Fitness Challenge and we are proud of everyone who participated! Whether it was an extra class during the week or they stacked their classes, we are so proud of all of the hard work over the last month!

When we started the challenge, our biggest goal was to bring the Community together and have fun! We were overwhelmed by the amount of people who joined in and the incredible feedback we have received, that we are already planning our January Challenge! Stay tuned for more details! 

We wanted to give a big shoutout to the sponsors who generously supported all of our participants!

During Week 1, LabX gave everyone a Complimentary Physiotherapy or Chiropractic Session! Just a skip and a jump down the street, we are so grateful for their support. 

For Week 3, Clif Bar donated a generous amount of Plantbased Clif Bars for all of you our participants and added a few more for the rest of our Community to enjoy! 

But what about Week 2 & 4?

Week 2: We selected a winner to receive a $50 Kitchen Credit! Congratulations to Lisa Dobson!

Week 4: Our grand prize is a1 Month Pass and a Cadence Branded Sweater! Congratulations to Paige Courtice!

Again, we are so proud of everyone who completed the challenge and we can't wait to continue working towards everyones goals in the coming months!
