Fall Fitness 20/30 Challenge

With a new season, comes new goals! We are thrilled to announce out Fall Fitness 20/30 Challenge. Not your typical 30 day challenge as we believe that balance and rest is everything!

So, when does it start and how does it work? Beginning on October 3rd, you will have 30 days to complete 20 classes - a combination of Cycle and Movement classes to maintain a well balanced fitness practice. If you do not have a membership, we have a special pass for you! $150 to exclusively use during the challenge month. If you are currently a Flex 4 pass holder, you will also have access to 20 classes for the month without weekly restrictions.

The details: 

  • Purchase the pass from September 25th to October 7th & write your name on the challenge board!

  • Challenge begins on October 3rd and the latest start date is October 7th to be entered to win the weekly & grand prizes

  • Non-monthly members pay $150

  • Our Flex 4 members will have automatically be upgraded to 20 classes with no weekly restrictions

  • Participants must complete at least one movement class per week to qualify for weekly and grand prizes

  • Each participant will receive 1 Buddy Pass that they can gift to a pal, and it can used for any class through the challenge month! 

Each participant will be entered in for a grand prize, and little surprises along the way! There will be unlimited support from our community members, and a chance to crush your goals!
